The free deadline lookup

When you look up a USDOT number, we fetch that carrier's public record from FMCSA's open data and keep a log of the number looked up and the time, so we can count how the tool is used. We don't ask for, or record, your name, email or phone number. The start date you enter isn't stored.

Visit counts

We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which runs a small script on each page. It doesn't use cookies or follow you to other websites.

Audit file check

If you order a check, we receive what you send: your contact details, USDOT number and copies of your records. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We use your records only to prepare your report, never share them, and delete them 30 days after sending the report. Please black out Social Security numbers, bank details and dates of birth before sending, and don't send individual drug test results.

What we never do

We don't sell or rent your information, we don't use advertising cookies, and we never call or text you unless you ask us to.
